1. Returns
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Tags must still be attached
Must be returned in original packaging
Non-returnable items:
Items marked as final sale
Undergarments or customized products
Gift cards
2. How to Return
To initiate a return, please email us at returns@paschimmm.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.
Please note:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@paschimmm.com with photos and your order number. We will resolve the issue promptly.
